BRIDGING BARRIERS COMMUNITY
Bridging Barriers is a free, moderated online community built specifically for families navigating adaptive needs in Alberta. Not a Facebook group. Not a forum full of strangers. A curated, values-aligned space where families share what’s working, ask the questions they’re afraid to google, and find people who already know the system they’re trying to navigate.
The community is hosted and moderated by the Bridging Barriers Family Navigation Care team. Every new member agrees to a community covenant that keeps conversations constructive, private, and safe.
