"Finally"
"My wife and I are thrilled with the attention to detail and tailored direction that was provided. The hour that we spent with Candice was more informative and productive then any of the other specialist we have connected with thus far. We both felt so seen and heard and she left us with not only tools we can use going froward but HOPE for the future."

"Thank You"
"Candice was great and so easy to talk to. She really "GOT IT" and I feel more prepped for next steps with all the info and recourses I was given".

"Amazing"
"I've always had interventions and supports for my daughter but I've never really had anyone support me individually or us as a family. I think this is why I've felt alone throughout this journey so far. After meeting with Candice I felt heard and understood, she gave me some great strategies, connected me with some community resources I didn't know were available and clarified some FSCD services that I was unsure about. Janzen Consulting Group was a service I didn't know I needed until I got it, I feel thankful I connected with them and I highly recommend people that are feeling overwhelmed, unsure of what resources are out there or even just don't know what to even ask but know you need support to reach out - you won't be disappointed."

Diverse Background
Your Success, Our Priority
Our mission is to provide compassionate support, practical strategies, and meaningful connections to help your child — and your family — thrive.
With personal experience and a deep understanding of the challenges families face, we’re here to listen, guide, and walk alongside you every step of the way —so you feel empowered, not exhausted.
At Janzen Consulting Group, we recognize that while children with complex or adaptive needs may receive support in school, therapy, or specialized programs, families are often left struggling to manage challenges at home with little guidance. We fill that gap. Caring for a child with unique needs impacts the entire family, yet parents and caregivers are rarely given a clear roadmap for navigating daily life, accessing resources, or advocating for the right support. Many families don’t even know what questions to ask to get the answers they need—and that’s where we come in.
•Support Beyond the Therapy Room– We focus on real-life challenges at home, in the community, and in everyday routines, providing practical strategies tailored to your family.
•Breaking Down Barriers– Whether it’s accessing funding, finding inclusive activities, or securing school supports, we help you cut through red tape and connect with the right resources.
•Empowering Families, Not Just Children– A child’s success depends on a strong support system. We guide parents, caregivers, and siblings, ensuring the entire family feels equipped and confident.
•Helping You Ask the Right Questions – One of the biggest challenges caregivers face is not knowing where to start. We help you uncover what’s available, what’s possible, and how to get the help you need.
•Connecting the Dots– There are many incredible community resources, but because they exist in silos, they can be hard to find unless you ask the right question to the right person at the right time. We help bridge these gaps, ensuring you don’t miss out on vital support simply because you weren’t pointed in the right direction.
We bridge the gap between diagnosis and daily life, helping families move forward with clarity, confidence, and a personalized plan.
We believe that no family should have to navigate the complex world of disability supports alone. Our vision is to create a system where parents and caregivers feel just as supported as their children—because when families are strong, children thrive.
Too often, caregivers are left piecing together information, trying to make sense of complicated processes while managing daily struggles. We want to change that. Our goal is to be the guide families need, providing clear direction, real-world strategies, and access to resources they may not even know exist. The truth is, there are many valuable services available, but they are often fragmented, hidden behind bureaucratic hurdles, or only accessible if you happen to ask the right question at the right time. We take the guesswork out of the process by identifying and connecting families with the support they need—before they even know to ask for it. By filling the gap between services and home life, we empower families to confidently advocate for their child, access the right support, and build a future where possibilities are not limited by barriers—but shaped by strengths.
At Janzen Consulting Group, we understand how crucial it is for families to have clear answers and the right support when it comes to their child’s development, behavior, and learning needs. That’s why we are excited to soon offer comprehensive child psychological assessments to help families gain deeper insights and access the right resources for their child.
At Janzen Consulting Group, we are deeply committed to helping families navigate the challenges of raising children with complex or adaptive needs.
Our team brings both professional expertise and personal experience to provide compassionate, real-world support.
Founder/ Family Advocate Consultant
Candice Janzen is not only the founder of Janzen Consulting Group but also a mother who intimately understands the struggles of navigating the system. As a parent of two children with adaptive needs—a 12-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy and cortical visual impairment, and a 9-year-old son diagnosed with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Tourette’s—she has lived through the overwhelming journey of trying to access the right resources, supports, and services. After her daughter survived a near-SIDS episode at just eight weeks old, Candice quickly learned how complex and fragmented the support system can be for families. Later, when her son’s behavioral challenges became evident, she again found herself advocating—this time for the right diagnoses, interventions, and strategies to support his unique needs. Through her experiences, Candice realized that families often struggle not because resources don’t exist, but because they are difficult to find, access, and navigate. Determined to bridge this gap, she founded a nonprofit organization that provides an online support hub, workshops, and parent groups, helping countless families facing similar challenges. Candice brings not only first-hand lived experience but also years of working alongside families to help them navigate funding, education barriers, behavioral challenges, and community supports. She believes that no family should have to figure everything out alone—and through Janzen Consulting Group, she is dedicated to making sure they don’t have to.
